Disgusting service!

In December 2017 I had registered for the Human Resource Management course which was expected to start in the 1st week of January 2018. I awaited a call from the consultant Mrs P Chetty but unfortunately she failed to contact me. I contacted her regarding the commencement of the course,she mentioned that she would give me a call and the course would start at the end of January. Then again, there was no call. She called me mid February to ask if Wednesday or Saturday classes would suit me. I waited until the end of February but still no response with regards to the commencement of the course. On 2 March 2018 I went through to the campus asking for a refund because lessons were expected to start in January but did not. My withdrawal was due to Mrs P Chettys lack of communication and the service received which was disappointing. I filled in the necessary paperwork and was sent to the accounts department. There a lady named Gloria assisted me. She mentioned that the refund would take 90 days and u should call in on 1 June to check if the money had been deposited into my account. I called back today 4 June and was transferred to the accounts department. A lady by the name of Mrs Naidoo spoke to me. I explained the situation to her,she then gave me HR number and asked me to speak to Zinhle. I asked her what's the delay because I was told that the refund would take 90 days. She told me that she only received the paperwork from the campus on 20 April 2018. I called back to the accounts department to find out why the paperwork was submitted on 20 April 2018 when I went to the campus on 2 March 2018. Mrs Naidoo became very rude. She raised her tone of voice and said " what you need to understand is that we deal with more than one refund a day, it takes time to pull out invoices,check bank statements,I'm not sure where you work but here that is how we do things." I told her that I required information and that she will not talk to me so rudely. I also mentioned that I will take this matter up. She said do what you have to do. Later on today my father vistrs the campus because I had told him what happened. She went on to say that I was rude to her. She mentioned that Mrs P Chetty was going through some problems therefore there is a delay in the process. Personal life should not be mixed with professional life. That was irrelevant. Mrs Naidoo needs to get her act together. Something needs to be done about this. I am absoulety disgusted at the behavior. I will not recommend Damelin to anyone.
