Disgusting Damelin Correspondence

<p>My refund was approved after numerous fighting and emails and phone calls back and forth last year 14 October 2015.</p> <p>I have not yet received my refund. I spoke to the "general manager" Ajanth on 3 May 2016 at 10:31, who explicitly told me that if he gives me his word, I will get my refund and stated that I will get my refund BEFORE 20 May 2016. Guess what...? STILL NO REFUND!!! I have called again numerous times, get cut off more than 20 times before you get to speak to a person, only to be told that that apalling general manager is the only person that can give feedback. He Ajanth is NEVER in the office, he never calls back and he is a blatant ****. Damelin correspondence is absolutely a nightmare to deal with, I can not believe you are still in business. According to your terms and conditions I must have had my money by now, basically you are *****ing my money!!! I WANT MY REFUND TODAY!!!!</p>
