disgusting Damelin

pathetic service, no customer care, no help from call centre or management, i completed my diploma in 2018, it s a year later and no one can tell me why i have not yet revived my certificate. my course was fully paid upfront and yet every time i call they tell me my account is in arrears, i have sent POP on numerous occasions, no one knows what they doing there, no system , no accountability, i hate Damelin.
