Disgusting communication

I am a student with Damelin Correspondence college since 2017. The biggest problem i had last year was bad because of their disgusting communication. Its nearly costed my studies. 2018 since January i've never received any e-mails or any forms of communication regarding the assignments date and exams registration for the year. I tried to contact academic advisor with no luck because he only respond when he feels like. I submitted my assignments for June exams with no response whether they got the assignments or not. So had to goggle about the assignments dates n exams only to find out due date has passed. So the best part is now won't be able to write this June because of you guys failing to communicate with me or sent an e-mail..Am so disgusted all you know is keep on debiting on my account but don't care about our future. I left my job last year so i can focus on my studies because its my last year with you guys so now wont be able to write the exams because someone failed to do their job so its costing me am so disgusted with you and i will never recommend this college to anyone. Now have to write 8 subject in November imagine. No one picks up the phone when i call student services this is so annoying and disgusting as long you guys are getting the money you don't care about us as your students.
