Disgusting and unprofessional service

Hi,

If it was possible to give a zero I would. I registered with this institution two years ago, wrote tests and never received a single mark but when I missed one payment they phoned me and threatened to take legal l action. I paid them and have settled the account in full even through I never received anything in return for my money.

I have just logged into my profile on Experian and they are still coming up as one of my creditors 😡😡😡😡. I have emailed them and asked them to remove this account from my name as well as provide me with a settlement letter to prove that I owe them nothing.

Unprofessional, disgusting service and no care for their students, all they care about is money money. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this institution.

They sent all the exam forms for me to complete after ththe closing date a few times. What a waste of time and money.
