DISGUSTED

I PAID and became a student in 2014. A course of 1 year! Firstly in June15, when writing my exam, the wrong paper was given. I was told to complete as much as i could and on the paper write that its a 2nd year paper and not a 1st year. Once they had marked it and i failed as expected, then i could find out how to re-write with the correct paper. This took 1 YEAR with phone calls, emails and threats! So in June 16 i re-wrote the paper. Much to my surprise, there wasn't a paper there for me on the day! They scurried around and made calls and excuses. 2 hours later a paper was faxed through. Now i must write an exam with my blood boiling and try concentrate as other students are finished writing and getting up to leave. and of course they were so quiet! Well, 4 months later i got an sms to say i had passed! Still to this day - i have not received my certificate! In June18, i phoned and was told that i have to apply to get a certificate. Can you imagine - you pay to study, you fight to write your exam and now you have to ask for your certificate???? Its now 29Oct18 and Ive just called them, managed to get through to the call centre supervisor, who passes the buck to someone in certificates department, who tells me sorry, we had a backlog! For 5 months???? They will escalate it and mark it as urgent.... she says... should be able to give me an answer by Friday.... a week later.... The service is disgusting, the attitude is ****ndous and nobody gives a damn! Its not my job - or actually it might be my job but who cares.... Im just here for the salary and nothing will be done about it anyway.... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS INSTITUTION TO ANY BODY!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! UNLESS YOU WILLING TO WAIT 4 YEARS FOR YOUR QUALIFICATION!!!!
