Disappointing and Demoralized

I am registered with Damelin Correspondence College and I got involved to a car accident and requested for a De-Registration, then supp**** with all the necessary documents, but always I have to email or call them for feedback and every time I contact them am told a new story, It makes me feel and it looks like they are dodging to give me the Feedback and The Refund I requested.
