Disappointed student

I'm a first year student. The service has been extremely poor and totally unacceptable. There is absolutely, no accuracy, there are no due dates been given and no communication. There are no responses to emails, I honestly regret, registering myself and agreeing, to study with the Damelin correspondence college.
