Disappointed and needing assistance ASAP

I dnt even see the need for a one star rate l registered last year in Sept paid R22050 and waited for months to get study materials and after too many enquiries l was told l can access them on my study portal .But how come l was over quoted including hard copies to be delivered follow-up on a refund for books no one has ever come back to me . The saddest part of it all l was told to write assignments on my student portal that were due already after l had registered l sent emails ,a countless calls to the department or any DCC to at least have them updated .It is 6 days before due date and have written almost 7 uploaded them checking the submission status it says :Draft not submitted whose fault is it now so should l expect a fail .No ways someone reach out and fix this for me l paid my hard earned to better myself l will not accept this .The student advisor allocated to assist is also a joke Siyabulela Jones Capetown had l know it was a circus l would have l regret it
