Disappointed

To whom it may concern<br> <br> On 29 October 2014 we paid in full the amount of R4295 for two subjects English FAL and Business studies. We were informed by Nokuthula Gqola that I will receive my study material within 21 working days. We have everything on email for proof.<br> <br> I only received my material on the 5 December 2014... Not acceptable. After this deliver there was still no stock on some of the books, a second delivery was made few weeks after that (not sure on date, have to search for waybill to confirm date).<br> <br> My problem is there is one outstanding book for the First additional language with the short stories,poems and novels in which I have not yet received. My exam on the 2 paper was on 23 June 2015 and this paper was related to the missing book. I had no clue what was going on there because I have not received my material for what I paid for and this is costing me marks on my English paper 2.<br> <br> I will not let this go till I'm compensated for this mistake and lack of service.
