DISAPPOINTED!!!

<p>I enrolled with Damelin at the end of 2015 for a NQF6 Paralegal Diploma- course.</p> <p> </p> <p>The first problem started (even though I paid the required deposit) when I did not receive all my study books. I enquired numerous times and eventually they just ignored me.. My student advisor heard what was happening and she e-mailed me the outstanding books in pdf format. </p> <p> </p> <p>There as 7 subjects to be completed for this course. From April 2016 to November 2016, I submitted all 7 assignments and I wrote all 7 {exams} tests. </p> <p> </p> <p>I never received any assignment or exam result.</p> <p> </p> <p>After enquiring, begging, crying and then finally, I contacted the complaints department and they eventually sent me ONE exam result.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are quick to say the debit order didn't go off or you didn't pay your exam fees etc. Each time I was able to prove that I did indeed pay it!</p> <p> </p> <p>My final exam results are due on the 10th of February. Eventhough I have only receieved one previous exam (and one assignment) result. I already know that come the 10th of February, Damelin will have tonnes of excuses again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wish I had known before the time that Damelin only cares about making money out of people determined to study further and to make something of themselves, instead of putting their students first and foremost. I would have enrolled with someone else and I'm almost 100% sure that I would have gotten better service for the almost R30k this course is costing me..</p> <p> </p> <p>To be honest, after reading all the complaints about Damelin and what I am going through with them, I will not reccomend them to anyone! I am actually embarrassed to say that I study with Damelin.</p>
