Diploma Reprint Request

My husband graduated from Damelin in 2013, however, his car was broken into and all his certificates and diploma's in his bag ******. We contacted Damelin and asked for a reprint. We were given a list of documents to send and told to pay R100. Everything was sent through on the 31st of July, however, 6 weeks later, we have had no response and every time you try and call the call center they hang up on you. I sent through an email to their complaints line and all I am ever told there is that they have escalated the matter. We need that Diploma in order for my husband to register and registrations close on the 30th of September. This is really ridiculous as they are messing with his future.
