Did not received all Study Material

I registered in March 2015 and received part of my study material. I been phoning the call Centre and spoke to several people, sent e-mails and still did not receive the remaining study material. I did not even receive the \Damelin Correspondence College Orientation Guide"with my study material (as per the enrolment terms) and therefore do not have a DAMELIN.ME e-mail account or important information that accompanies this guide. I have to submit 3 assignments and register for the examination in August 2015 and do not have the study material to do so. I have made numerous requests to contact me and no one replies and yet every month my bank account is being debited. How can a well-known company like this"
