Did a Bankfais course with Damelin that has mysteriously dissapeard which has now put my academic name into disrepute

I did a FAIS Qualification in 2008 and was only given a learner status report confirming attendance, completion and 32 credits. However they did not supply my Portfolio of Evidence to SETA. I am appalled by the institution never mind the fact that they have put my academic record into disrepute when trying to apply for jobs.
