Delinquents of Damelin

Absolutely pathetic! My debit order went off my account and according to Damelin they have not received the funds, yet I sent through my bank statements and have been continually following up and still, no one can advise if this payment has been received or not.

Damelin staff seem to be on a don't give a dam jol the entire day, their attitude is as pathetic as their work ethic, I contacted the center and I was transferred several times to different people who seem like they doing you a favor! Like you getting paid to do your job, you in the services industry, provide the service! THAT'S WHAT YOU GET PAID TO DO!

Damelin should actually employ decent staff, for an education institute seems like staff welfare should go to educating your own staff. We as students work hard to pay for our studies, Damelin isn't sponsoring our education, the last stress is having to deal with delinquents of Damelin who feel like they doing us a favor and writing out our notes. PLEASE SORT OUT YOUR MINIONS BECAUSE YOU GUYS LOOK LIKE JOKES!!!!!
