Delayed refund
<p>i have registered with DCC February 2015 and i did not recieve my books. i decided to cancel and ask for a refund. after numerous calls, emails and facebook messages i finally got a response with forms i needed to fill out. everything was submitted in September 2015. i was told that the turnaround time is 90 days and they would email proof of payment once the payment was done. in march 2016 i decided to follow up. weeks later i got a call telling me that the banking details were incorrect. i sent them a new bank confirmation letter confirming the details and recieved a reply via email that they would get back to me. its the 09/05/2016 and i am still waiting. i am so sick and tired of waiting. these people are a waste of time , energy and money!!!</p>
