debit orders but no study material delivered

I paid my registration and they even started debiting my monthly instalments but i have never heard from damelin. i was helped by Nelly Msiza ,she used to call me almost everyday even after 8pm trying to get me to register. The moment i sent her proof of my payment THAT WAS THE LAST I HEARD FROM HER. I have tried calling the call centre to track my study materials but they all say 21 days...it has been more than a month since i registered and surely l should be handing my assignments and also registering for my examinations but damelin has never contacted me.<br> if its that hard can l lease get back my money because surely damelin will be giving me problems .
