De-registration

Damelin service is really poor. Calls are being dropped no 1 calls back. I've been dealing with this de-registration request from 2017 till date nothing has been done and I was told that after I submit all documents I will get a refund in 90 days and it's way passed that and no 1 is even nothing to let me know what is happening.
