DCC worse institution to study with

Studying through DCC has given me more grey hair in a period of 2 years then what I got in a lifetime. It is such a struggle to get feedback.I have 2 reference numbers with them.I even emailed a manager hoping to get matters resolved. It is more then a year now that I am waiting, asking, phoning and emailing them to sort out an assignment that they didn't mark properly. They only marked every second page! The same struggle goes towards remarking of my exam papers. If they can mark only every second page on an assignment then the same could happen to my exam papers. Everything has been paid for.I just want feedback. It is a frustration to study through them. Everyone I speak to have bad reviews about them. No DCC pull up your socks or I am going to the Department of Higher Education!
