DCC– Took my money

<p>I registered with Damelin Correspondence College in 2014 for Bookkeeping Diploma, a two year course, which I should have completed in Dec 2016. Their communication is very poor, I’ve had to follow up and nag on all the outstanding study material, results and email access. In January I sent an email requesting my academic record only to receive an email with results for 3 assignments (out of over 20 assignments submitted) of which 2 I had failed. This was just an email not even on their official letterhead. Failed due questions not being fully answered, was then advised to use the marks allocated on the assignments as guide to answer the questions, for resubmission. Surprisingly those specific assignments did not have marks allocated, so there was absolutely nothing to guide me. My Damelin email account was locked over 2 months ago, numerous requests have been sent to their IT support department but nothing has been done.</p> <p>I need an academic record to know whether I have completed the course or not, they never respond to emails and if I do eventually get through to a student advisor on the phone “my matter has already been escalated to head office” but I’ve never had anyone come back to me. We are now in the middle of the year and nothing has happened, I have paid them full but I’m not getting any results, not sure anymore if this qualification holds any weight or whether it is even legitimate. I am on the verge of just removing this qualification from my resume as I have no proof that I actually did it.</p>
