dcc submitted wrong term mark and refuses to fix it

my term mark was incorrectly submitted to dhet ,i have been trying to have this fixed for the past four months.No one has taken an initiative to assist .

This is one of the emails , i hsave sent .in the process of trying to gaet assistance. i have spoken to vinesh,Geraldine,karen,zanethemba,tiloshni ,nikhita and also sent reon an email who has also failed to respond to me or g\have the matter escalated.

The school is so *********** that they are unable to resolve this matter ,but have the gutts to claim i owe them, i have asked a;ll the collection consultants to have the matter resolved before they claim i awe the school because i do not owe the school any amount.

Damelin corresondance has 3 days to resolve this matter or i will be taking further action. stedent number-437968
