DCC nightmare

I am at my wits end. Paid for entire course, R31000.00, in December and have STILL not received study material hard copies which I paid extra for. Some subjects are available to download and print, at further expense; others are not.

Assignment submission closes end March.

Want to register for exams but forms cannot be downloaded.

MULTIPLE emails and calls remain unanswered. Live chat is a joke. Have had some success with messenger.

Such a pity because the course content that I have downloaded so far is of a high standard.

DCC please resolve. The clock is ticking!
