DCC is ********** - DO NOT REGISTER

Hello. I have received c countless amounts of calls and emails when registering, however as soon as I was registered, the only thing i received was 2 envelopes and 2 pens. I have tried calling the DCC line over months and no one was able to help. I received my student card but no study material. Everything was paid upfront. I received my study material in August, when exams were all done for June. I have spoken to many people and even received a call from Jade at the Cape Town office, advising that I can do full time and have to pay registration of R1000 again. I advised that there is no direct lines or contacts for DCC. The money is gone and so is everything else. I keep having to search the website and Google but no one has a contact that works for DCC. Once they have your money, you dont hear back from them, even after many promises of callbacks. I am giving it up until Friday 28 Feb 2020 and should I receive no feedback, I will be lodging a case of ***** at the police station.
