DCC has ignored my cancellation request.

DCC refuses to interact with its students.

I have sent a cancellation request on 04/02/2019 till to date I have not received any feedback, Angelinah Mashele who is based in Damelin Braamfontein responded to my email on 08/02/2019 advising that my request is being processed.

It is now 3 months later and money is still being deducted from my account, I have tried several times to call but I am being sent from pillar to post, countless emails have been sent to ********** and ********** but no response

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET ASSISTANCE?!!
