DCC Braamfontein the worst!

DAMELIN CORRESPONDENCE COLLEGE is the worst! i wouldn't recommend it to any one. to this day i am still waiting for my November 2018 exam results, i received an sms instructing me to communicate with YOLANDA MONAISA who happens to be mute since she doesn't bother to respond to any emails she receives, i have sent several emails to her requesting my results but she fails to attend to a simple instruction how *********** is she. when you call in the DCC offices in Braamfontein, the switchboard lady puts you on hold then forgets about you. this is what i deal with every time when i must get either my exam results, exam time table, study material, its like they themselves don't even understand how their own system works. and mind you the fees are up to date, always paid in full and on time.
