DCC ARE ******* !!!

*******! Refunds department is supposed to process my refund and have made a mockery of Damelin and its reputation. Why is it so difficult to process a refund? This is going on over 6 years. All documentation has been completed and submitted several times to them. Refund had been promised several times but never materialized...it may not be a lot of money to them but to me its a fortune my Student no 416325

Does anyone know who I can escalate to or who the head of DCC is or a lawyer? Any recommendations on news reporters and news outlets. Maybe carte blanche should investigate how DCC takes, takes, takes...I am sure its not just me who is battling to get a refund
