DCC and no Study material

<br> For over a month I have been calling DCC call Centre asking when my Study Material will be deliver and I was told they can only escalate after 21 days now that 21 days have come and gone they say my Material has not even left the dispatch. Now almost two weeks later I am still waiting. This is ridiculous, I have been wanting to study but haven't been able to<br> <br> This is really unprofessional. The whole application process was smooth up until I paid my account, now that I paid in full I have got nothing in return... I have now requested to cancel my contract as Damelin is in breach as they have not fulfilled their obligation and are full of empty promises. I will make sure that next time I want to study I will find a more organised college that actually cares about their students' needs and can deliver on the basics<br>
