DC EXAM

I wrote my exam on the 28/7/2017 and to date I'm still awaiting my results. I then received an email with exam tips from someone from a different branch. The lady from the Mowbray branch explained they are aware we did not receive all the materials and they would like to correct it now?? are you ****ing with me?? and classes started for the people who is going to rewrite, why didn't colleen notify us ?? the next exam is on the 28/9/2017 !Colleen has no people s****s and is very ***********. Do you realise you are working with a client ? what happened to being client centric? I honestly believe full time students get more benefits than part time students !
