it is so hard to get a hold of someone at Demelin Correspondence, I'm waiting for a reply from them because I have cancelled with them, and now its been 3 months and still no reply, I want my refund, Damelin stop *****ing everyone's money. Damelin cannot deliver so please just refund my money.

I would really like to know as to what kind of staff does Damelin employ. The Telephone line just rings continuously and NO ONE picks the phone up. what kind of collage is this, where it is so hard to communicate.
