DAMELIN'S UNJUSTIFIED REFUSAL TO PAY REFUND

I had app**** to Damelin college in January 2019 My application was unfortunately declined. I had already paid an amount of 10 Thousand when they declined. I then went through a process of getting my money back. I went to the Bramfontein branch where I was assisted with the above. I then received and email from Mickaylar Alexander advising me that my refund forms were in order and that I shall be refunded within 90 working days, Counting the above days I was suppose to have received my refund by July 2019.i have been making enquiries without getting any assistance, all that the call Centre agents do is to send me to one person after the other, and none of those people can help. Damelin has been unjustifiable enriched with my money and there seems to be no intention on their part to refund it.
