Damelin's Feedback and respinse time is pathetic

I received 4 different exam and assignment results in the last 3 month each with different results. On the last result it stated that I failed my Management 3 Assignment, (which I passed in my previous results). Naturally I wanted to find out where I went wrong so I can resubmit the as I have the option. I tried to phone the call centre but no one ever answered, the one time some one did answer and I requested they send me my marked assignment they just put me on hold and hung up the phone(this happened twice. I then went to Damelin's correspondence centre in Pretoria main, when I told them the story they gave me a phone and told me to phone the call centre, I was completely shocked by this btw. Luckily I did get through to Yolanda Monaisa, gave her all the details and she told me that I have until 31 November to resubmit the assignment. that was in September still, up to about three weeks ago after sending Yolanda multiple emails I didn't receive any feedback. So I sent another email to Reon Van Der Westhuizen, he referred me to Geraldine Japhta who told me she will send me the marked assignment. It has been almost two weeks and I still don't have my marked assignment, Geraldine nor Yolanda has given me any feedback, and the due date is 31 October, that leaves me with one day, and I am not re doing that assignment until I receive the marked assignment.
