Hi I'm having a problem with the service that I have been getting since September2017 when I decided to join the college. It's about my email account that needs to be activated and nobody seem to be giving me any help. They don't pick their phone and the guy that said he's gonna be helping me throughout my course hasn't contacted me either. My problem is I'm being left behind with getting updates yet my money is being deducted every single month. I am so disappointed with these people.
