Damelin....little to no help. MAJOR lack of Support.

I registered with Damelin in August and was told they don't supply textbooks and they will need to be outsourced i eventually after weeks of driving up and down and phone calls managed to find the texbooks using PNA,Takealot,Bargain books and Provision. then 3 months AFTER the fact Damelin randomly delivers all the textbooks to me! after countless calls and emails they are telling me they will not be able to refund me for the textbooks. After a search on Hello Peter i am really not sure what to do.... this has been difficult from the beginning Damelin gives little to no help and defiantly lack in support. I am a single mom and used my inheritance to do this course nearly R25,000 later i am left feeling used and very discouraged. If anyone has any helpful information on how to get my money back or on how to move forward it would be appreciated my email address is **********
