Dameline on line experience

I have completed my graphic design course a month ago and I've been trying to get a hold of my academic record and it just seems impossible I need it as I app**** for a graphic designer post and they need some sort of proof of my completion of the course. There is little to no assistance and I am left with out proper direction or response regarding my academic record this is so sad as they are so diligently taking my fees yet they can't assist me when I need their assistance....
