Dameline Correspondence

I registered with Damelin correspondence college in 2014 to study Architectural draughting to commence in January 2015. They delivered some of my study material in December 2015 and on the list I received some of the study materials were out of stock. I have been requesting the balance of my study material since January and received nothing till today. I also requested a quotation on a letter head to hand over to my employer to pay my school fees every time I phone the person answering the phone always promises to email but they don't. I also requested information about submission and examination dates. The lady I spoke to placed me on hold then hung-up. Every time I call they put me on hold and then hang up. I asked to speak to somebody who is in charge my call was placed on hold and then hung-up. I am so frustrated. Its my future their messing with.
