Damelin...bad service

Good night my name is Elrico Vani..I registered with them to rewrite two subject...my consultant was jimmy asani...he told me that he has registered me...but i was not their system but i did pay the money and use my id number as my ref nr....i asked them for refund they took months to send me the necessary documents.....the last one was submitted on the 10 may 2018...they said they have a waiting period of up to 3 months....i am still waiting for them....they always find an excuse to make not to pay me back...as i am still waiting...if i don't send them an email they won't respond or it will take them days before getting back to me...bad services guys...
