Damelin Worst College around

I phoned Damelin early this year to find out about the courses they offer. Dumisane assisted me. From there I went to benoni branch after I VERY PROMPTLY paid in full! I handed in my registration forms personally. They took forever to register and never even let me know or gave an update on this process. I phoned them after more than a month of no contact to hear where my study material was. To Which they responded my registration has not been completed. Three months later I EVENTUALLY received ONE part of three of my study material. They kept promising me that my other material would be delivered the next week after numerous calls from me.<br> <br> I eventually had enough and cancelled, sent them a formal email stating this. To which they responded that I will receive my refund within a month It has been more than a month now. I just called them again and they said my cancellation has not even been approved and that after approval my refund will only be paid to me after another 90 DAYS!!!! This is completely unacceptable! I could have finished this course by now. So soon I will be taking legal action against them and they will be liable for any additional costs I endure! Student 424061
