DAMELIN WONT PAY BACK REFUND

My girlfriend signed up for two matric subjects( Higher Grade Maths and Science) at Damelin. Only after we signed up did they tell us that the syllabus had changed and that there would be a delay for books. My girlfriend often has to work overtime to earn extra money. So cant afford to waste time. After a month of no books she decided to cancel as she wouldn't have enough time to work and study.<br> <br> We were told that it would take 4 weeks for the cancellation to be approved by their committee then she would be refunded. 3,5 months later the cancellation has not even been presented to the committee!! We have followed up with them weekly since we decided to cancel, and we have had the same response - that they will escalate it. I have even spoken to their team leader, Tyrone, who said he would get it sorted for us... and guess what still nothing. There phones have also miraculously stopped working!!<br> <br> It is disgusting that a public educational institute like Damelin can treat people this way and get away with it. Read all the complaints on this forum and you'll see what Damelin truly is, a con.
