damelin wont pay back my refund

<p>I registered for a diploma in human resource management @ damelin correspondence college.the course is R15000.but after the full payment they continued to debit my account.i then made them aware.they stopped debiting and I asked for my refund they told me to wait 90 days which I did.the 90days period was over still they have not paid my money.they don't respond to my emails and won't tell me what is going on.i really want my money back</p>
