Damelin wants to have me blacklisted even though I paid upfront

In October 2018 I enrolled in a Course from Damelin. I paid for the course up front.

In November 2020 I received an SMS stating that my account was handed over to debt collectors, because my account was in arrears.

I never received any communication from Damelin, regarding my account being in arrears until the SMS.

I have called the debt collectors and they said I need to send them proof of payment. My bank only have the pop available for the last 12 months.

I have also emailed Damelin, with no response. Tried calling them, no answer.

I would not.recommend any student to enroll with Damelin, because they have no idea how to manage a business or provide support.
