Damelin very very bad service

What a pathetic company to to your further education, there my son wrote his N4 last year. Been fighting to get his results, so he can write in this year for N5. Nothing just excuses. They very quick to take your money but cant give you results. Everyday it's phone calls and emails it gets said to us they don't pick him up where he wrote his exam last year. They busy sorting it out. What ????? I just don't know anymore. What must we do to get results.
