Damelin - Useless

Damelin Correspondence - what a joke and a waste of time. Besides waiting 6 months for a correct statement of results to be released, your Contact Center Agents are beyond useless. The way they speak to and deal with customers is atrocious. They are *********** and clearly don't want to work given their lack of work ethics.

Why do you send out incorrect statements of results? Then you call to query, the agent promises you'll get the correct statement the next day, but you don't, then this carries on for another 4 months? Seriously? This institute is a complete mess - I would not recommend them to anyone for anything unless you want years of frustration.
