Damelin /Uni4online Debit order ****

Damelin and Uni4online, I don't know whether they are ****mers or they are actual existing institutions but I initially app**** with a student advisor Balungile and also was assisted by a Sisonke regarding to registering in mid January or February but due to unforseen circumstance I was kot going to be able to afford the course. I then asked for a refund from them mid February and I was not debited end of February only to be debited in March yet I sent them an email on the 19 February 2024 to cancel and NOT debit only for this institute to do exactly what I said for them not to do. Yet I told them I can't afford putting an even bigger strain on my finances. I truly am not impressed especially for someone who was applying for the first time. I have also opened a case with the SAPS with my statement from the bank for this refund because their agents or consultants keep calling but don't say anything on the call.
