Damelin took my money and they don't want to refund it back.

Hi all my name is Siphesihle Masoga registered at Damelin Correspodence college 2021 student number 445192 Since I registered to a course of Operation Management I haven't got any studies till to date , I then app**** for a refund April 2022 so that I can be able to register with another institution ,I have been making follow up regarding my refund no answer from Damelin and when I keep calling they tell me account derpatment are in a meeting 🙄 like everytime I call, I really need my money I paid which is R21 500 Damelin is a flight by night College. It truly doesn't deserve to be an institution. Helopeter please help me with my matter I need my money for register in another institution so that I may further my studies Please help.
