Damelin took my dream of a home

Me and my wife got registered with Damelin in October last year - Worst decision of my life. We paid our deposits and sales consultant that was assisting me (Zanele Shiba) stated that my first debit order will go off in December, but guess what early December I received a call from Damelin's collectors stating that I had missed payment for November both me and my wife- note me and my wife had been assisted by different consultants. So we said that the people that helped us register said that our 1st payment is for the 20th December, we made several calls to Damelin till one of them said it was a system error. I was not happy with the answer as I kept receiving sms's stating that I was an arrears. Therefore I decided to log a complaint to them via email - 3 emails to their complaints and not even one response from January but they have been debiting our accounts. Me and by wife are applying for a home loan now and guess what there is arrears of a payment to Damelin for November on both our ITC'S. Damelin note I won't be suffering because of your incompetence and will ensure that you pay for damages caused by you and your staff's mess..I don't recommend anyone to study with you Sies
