Damelin Support Staff not up to standard.

On numerous occasions I contacted Damelin for my certificate in the Debt Counselling course I completed back in March 2017. No one ever gets back to me and when I do get through to the lady in-charge of the certificates, she's always just takes my number and never calls me back. I really do require the certificate for a job application. And its sad to think that an institution that teaches you the knowledge to equip yourself with the necessary tools to succeed in this already poor job market, is the main reason preventing me from acquiring a job now.
