Damelin Sucks

I registered with Damelin last year September 2014, they advised me that my study materials will be delivered within 21 days, it's 16 March 2015, 6 months later and I still didn't receive all my study materials, I am 1 month away from writing my first exams and I have no study guides. I won't be able to write my exams as I now need to squeeze 9 months studies into 1 month, that's impossible. I have to call them they never keep me up to date with anything. However they debit money from my account every single month for stuff that I didn't even received yet. They keep saying that they are waiting for dispatch. 6 Months after my registration I received Proof or registration with my student number. I am disgusted with the services, the fees are so expensive but the service delivery is very poor. Not impressed at all, I wouldn't refer anyone to them. Damelin is waist of time and money. I want to return the text books they gave me because it's absolutely useless without the study guides. I want a full refund as i won't be able to write my exams because of Damelin's incompetence.
