Damelin school owes me a refund! They can keep their certificate!

This school doesn't deserve to be operating, iv been waiting on my certificate for years, when u call then don't know each other, another hung up on me while i was complaining as a student who paid full fees, finished modules and still haven't received my certificate since 2013 of being unrolled in the school, when u call u wait for 30-1hr before the same woman assists you! And they still put u on hold! The respond to emails giving you a run around, i lost a job opportunity waiting for my certificate!! Iv wasted my mother's pension fund on a school that's not even willing to go the extra mile to assist, right now their number cuts u off saying they operate during 9-4 but it 10:30am n the line doesn't go thru! All i want is a refund, all my fees and my money for extended exams and all of that!! This school is full of isht! And im fed up!! I don't know how the other damelin allows this to happen!
