Damelin--REGRETFUL STUDIES

I am totally dissatisfied with Damelin Correspondence College. My daughter Miss AM Pillay 426876 , registered with this institution 4 years ago. They have constantly lost her assignments and final registration exam results >Last year we managed to get 19 results back and she was asked to rewrite One subject and submit an assignment for the another. We received correspondence 2 years ago that after their verification process she would obtain her diploma. To date nothing. i have constantly spoken to their administration and educators and have been promised finality. Last week they sent another email asking for her assignment that she had submitted last year and having been blaming the delay on Covid 19. We also received correspondence 2 months ago that after their So called verification process that she would receive her diploma. This shows the incompetence of the higher education institution. I am now intending to seek the legal route and contact the Ombudsman for Higher Education. I just tired that after paying all the funds and the child has written all her exams that they are being so ***********.
