DAMELIN REFUSING TO REFUND

I have registered my niece for a marketing course in Damelin Ranburg branch. All fees and registration fees paid. They did not send any respondance regarding starting of classes nor time time. After a month of tiredlesslly communicating with them with and them saying they will get back to me. Until i enrolled my niece to another institude. I have then claimed for my refund, that is due ,due to their their incompetency and the child not starting with her classes. Its been three months with the process and i have been sent to pillar to post regarding the issue and escalated the issue to head office which keeps on referring me back to Randburg branch. And Randburg branch refers me back to Head office. This is emotionally and financially exhausting and i still haven't recieved my refund.

This institude needs to be dealt with and people need to be paid their money.
